10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Power Cleans
*Notes:
1. Must be touch and go
2. Must go up in weight each set
3. This is not a race. Rest as needed (nothing crazy). Record load for each set
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Reverse Hyper – 2 x 20 reps
