Sweet cravings are fake. – seriously. Lots of  sweet cravings are only because you haven’t consumed enough fats and your body is thinking “quick fuel” and that usually translates to sugar for us. Grab an avocado instead.

B. Weightlifting:

10-12min of Farmer’s Carries – Find the heaviest you can carry 80′ (length of gym and back)

*Use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, trap bar, etc.
*80′ must be unbroken.


C. Metcon:
For Time:
100 Burpees

*Every 2min, including 0:00, complete 8 Dumbbell Power Cleans (50/35)
*Two dumbbells.
*20min Time Cap.
