Snatch Complex Practice
*Note: There are many variations of a snatch complex, but we will be doing this: 1 snatch 1st pull, 1 snatch grip deadlift, 1 hang power snatch, 1 overhead squat, 1 snatch grip push press, then back to the ground.
B. MWOD:
Mobilize your three most limiting factors throughout the practice
C. WOD:
Establish a 1RM for the Snatch Complex above
In between each set, you must perform 15 sit-ups and 15 back extensions
