Quick Tips:
1. This is a great one to test how strategically you can place your equipment to keep your transition times as quick as possible. Move between each movement with purpose, minimizing your rest – these are short intervals!
2. Manage your heart rate and breathe deep
3. The more upright you can stay throughout the wall balls, swings, and box jumps, the less prone you’ll be to those nasty side cramps that come as a result of a soft midline. Think TIGHT! I might even come around and slap some bellies to double check!!
