Handstand Holds or Handstand Walks –

Walk as far as possible in 30s
OR
Hold Handstand against wall for 30s (practice freestanding by tapping your toes away from wall). Choose eyes facing wall when upside down to make it harder.
B. MWOD:
Gymnastic Bridge – 2 x 30s
C. WOD:
4 RFT –
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
12 Overhead Squats (115/75)
9 Toes to Bar
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Partner Calf Smash – 1min ea leg
