A. Weightlifting:
8min EMOM – 1 Clean
5min to work up to 90% of your 1RM Clean.
This can be a clean you did on it’s own, or a clean as part of a clean & jerk – whichever is higher.
Then, with the clock, you will do 1 rep every minute on the minute for 8 minutes.

3-Way Ankle Mobility – 2 x 15 reps
 
C. WOD:

50 Alternating DB Snatches (40/25)
100 Double Unders
 
RX+ will do 53/35 KB
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Partner Calf Smash – 2min ea side
