1-1-1 Shoulder Press
1-1-1 Push Press
1-1-1 Push Jerk
*Warm up to your singles on the Shoulder Press and complete three singles, then complete three singles on the Push Press, then complete three singles on the Push Jerk.
*The goal is to increase in weight with each of the nine lifts.

5min AMRAP:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
10 Split Jumps (5 each leg)
