Nutrition:
Accumulate as many meters as you can on the Rower in 25 minutes, in teams of 3.
*While one partner is rowing, another is resting, while the third is working through:
10 Burpees
10 Air Squats
10 Med-Ball Cleans (20/14)
*Rotate who is rowing every 500m.
