Ok gang, we’re on the last week of the TLC and people have made some tremendous strides. I’ve seen some much leaner bodies coming through the door and even some new six-packs gracing the gym! I couldn’t be happier for all of you. For the final challenge, it’s time for some transparency and reflection!
To get the full three points for this bonus challenge, you must do the following:
- Log and post your food for each meal, each day, starting on Monday the 5th-Friday the 9th. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, treats – everything!
- Short little reflection each day about something you’ve learned/discovered during the course of this challenge. This can be anything to do with any of the categories: mobility, nutrition, sleep, WODs, or fish oil. This must be something different each day!
- List one positive change each day that you’ve noticed over the course of this challenge – again, must be different each day!
Keep in mind, we are not just awarding prize money to the overall winner…but a BUNCH of winners. So, if you’ve fallen off the wagon a bit in the last week or two don’t worry. You have the opportunity to make up a LOT of points in this last week.
