“Everything is Everything”
This past weekend, we reiterated this phrase plenty of times to demonstrate to all the participants how everything that we do in the box on a daily basis is related to everything else. I took the liberty of grabbing a few pictures of different movements performed on Saturday where the athletes found themselves in familiar positions. Over the next few days, I will be showing positions from each of our three workshops and how they all relate to one another. This is precisely why we say that when you improve your (insert movement of choice here) you in turn improve this (insert seemingly unrelated movement here).
