A. Skill:
15-20min Turkish Get-Up Practice: 5 x 3 each arm
– Goal is to find something challenging for 3 reps and do those 3 in a row, no dropping the DB/KB/BB in between reps.
– Perform all reps with one arm before switching to other
 
B. MWOD:
Banded High Hamstring Stretch – 2 x 30s ea leg
 
C. WOD:
9-15-21
Deadlift (95/65)
Thruster
 
*15min time cap
 
D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Hamstring Stretch – 2min ea side
