Are you home from college and want to try CrossFit? Then this special is for you!
What you get: CrossFit training at our facility, 3 days a week. CrossFit is the perfect antidote to a life spent in a classroom or laboratory (not to mention the beer and nachos you may have been eating!). We’ll get you in shape and help you lose any unwanted weight you may have been carrying around. Plus, it’s not the same old routine you’ve grown used to!
How long is the program?: The program starts Monday, June 18th and goes until Saturday, September 8th.
How much does it cost?: $30/week, prepaid. We realize that different schools have different breaks, so you determine the number of weeks and when it starts and ends.
So, say you’re on break from late-June to early-September (ten weeks). You’ll pay just $300 for the whole break and have everything you need to train! If you’ve never CrossFitted before don’t worry, we’ll start you with our Foundational Movements and get you up-to-speed quickly. For the remainder of your break, you can come to the gym 3 times per week, every week.
