Parents and Students,
We’ve been given a unique opportunity – the Head Coach at the University of Central Florida contacted me last week and expressed a desire to come and observe one of our classes. She will be coming to watch the 6pm class on Thursday evening. Without giving away too much, let’s just say that she reached out to me looking to recruit high schoolers from CrossFit For Glory, saying “we have found that kids who’ve done some weightlifting and CrossFit have had great success at the college level with rowing.” If you’d like to be a part of this conversation, I’d make it a point to be here for that class!
