Think back to your first ever CrossFit WOD. For you veterans, hopefully you have some recollection. I’ll never forget mine: “Death By Pull-Ups.” Not too terrible, but a humbling experience for sure.
Now imagine, if you will, that the WOD you’ll be doing today was your first.ever.WOD!
Would you have come back?
…could you have come back?!
Today marks the end postponement of an era…it is time to let one of our very own venture off into the real world. Well, college any how. Not just any school – but an Ivy League one at that.
Today marks the day that we say “Good Luck” to Sarah Rowley as she embarks on her journey to the University of Pennsylvania.
Sarah requested that we redo her first WOD with us…so if you’d like to join in, she said she’ll be there in the evening. Maybe she can comment below which class she’ll be attending??
Sarah, from the bottom of my heart, CrossFit For Glory won’t be the same without your always smiling face around here. We will miss you deeply.
“Kelly”
