A. Weightlifting:
Front Squats – 3RM to failure (you are not permitted to stop front squatting until you find something you cannot stand up for 3 reps with.)
B. MWOD:
KB + Bottom of Squat = Better Position! Focus on upright torso.

C. WOD:
5 RFT –
10 Wall Balls (20/14)
5 Snatches (135/95)

D. Post-WOD Recovery:
Barbell Foam Roll – 2min ea side
